Job Summary of Machine Technician:
As a Machine Technician, one must carry out tasks such as loading coils into the machine, operating it, performing routine maintenance, and servicing the equipment continuously within a production line that results in the completion of boxes. The automated system facilitates the transfer of boxes from one machine to another and between various stations within the same machine. It is incumbent upon the Operator to rectify any interruptions in the machine's tracks and dies, change taps, refill lubricant or compound tanks, oil specific regions as necessary, and engage in sorting or salvaging parts during the operation of the line. Undertaking the essential setup functions for their designated production line is a crucial responsibility for the Machine Technician. Additionally, they are responsible for the periodic inspection of the manufactured parts for quality assurance and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their workspace.
