Job Summary of Manufacturing Team Member:
The Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for loading coils, operating, maintaining, and servicing the machine continuously in a production line to manufacture finished boxes. The transportation of boxes from one machine to another and between different stations within the same machine is automated. The Manufacturing Team Member is tasked with resolving any stoppages in tracks and dies across all machines, changing taps, refilling lubricant or compound tanks, lubricating specific areas as needed, and conducting any necessary sorting or salvaging of parts while the production line is in operation. Setting up their assigned line is a key duty that the Operator must perform. Additionally, they are accountable for regularly inspecting the manufactured parts and ensuring the production of high-quality components while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in their work area.
