Seneca Foods Corporation in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Order review and processing.
• Investigate Sales Order status and provide timely feedback to brokers, customers, and sales.
• Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested.
• Issue Customer concerns for various issues including: product quality, labeled product, and product returns.
• Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution.
• Create and maintain Customer Profiles.
• Identify Master Data issues as related to Sales Order entry.
• Initiate information requests.
• Respond to additional customer, broker, and sales inquiries.

Qualifications:

• General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry.
• Must be professional.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) preferred.
