Production Operator

Job Summary of Production Operator:

In the role of a Production Operator, individual responsibilities include loading coils into the machine, overseeing its operations, maintaining the equipment's functionality, and servicing it without interruptions in a continuous system to yield fully assembled boxes. The automated transfer of boxes within and between machines enhances the efficiency of the production process. A crucial aspect of the Production Operator's duties involves troubleshooting any disruptions in the machine tracks and dies, changing taps, refilling lubricants or compound tanks, applying oil to specific areas as mandated, and conducting necessary parts sorting or salvaging activities during the line's operation. Efficiently setting up the production line assigned to them is a task the Operator is required to execute. Furthermore, ensuring the regular inspection of the produced parts to maintain the quality standard and keeping the work area meticulously clean and organized are essential responsibilities of the Operator.

Responsibilities of Production Operator:

• Functioning within a high-speed manufacturing atmosphere.
• Meetdaily quotas.
• Engage in problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot the process effectively.
• Please ensure that you understand and comply with the instructions provided.

Qualification of Production Operator:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
